Rules and Regulations


-You must be at least 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages and must present a valid license or other valid ID to purchase alcohol. Beats Music Festival maintains a zero-tolerance policy, with strict enforcement of state and local laws.


-Upon entering the Beats Music Festival area, festival attendees consent to being photographed or videotaped. Their name, voice, photo, video, or film likeness, or reproductions thereof made through any media, including electronic media, may be used for any purpose including but not limited to use on a website, social media, or brochure. To the fullest extent allowed by law, festival attendees grant a non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free right to use their name, voice, and likeness to the Beats Music Festival and its affiliates.

The following items are not allowed:

-Outside Alcohol.
-Glass Materials including Bottles and Jars. Glass bottles will be confiscated upon entry, no exceptions will be made.
-Fireworks, explosives or illegal substances of any kind.
-Unauthorized/unlicensed and/or unapproved vending.

Nope! BMF is open to any and all ages, however you do have to be 21+ to purchase alcohol.

BMF is free to attend, however we do have upgrade options such as our VIP and MVP passes. Parents/legal guardians who purchase passes can have children under 16 enter VIP areas with the pass holder for free.

Robyn Ardery - Social Media Manager, BMF

Robyn's enthusiasm for the local music scene extends to her active involvement as a member of the all-girl pop group, Dear Daisy. Through her musical pursuits, she not only contributes to the dynamic soundscape but also champions the empowerment of female artists within the industry.

Currently pursuing her academic journey at the Academy of Contemporary Music at the University of Central Oklahoma, Robyn Ardery is dedicated to refining her skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving realm of contemporary music. Her dual role as a student and a social media aficionado uniquely positions her to bridge the gap between digital platforms and the local music community.

William Swisher - Coordinator, BMF

William Swisher is a passionate advocate for local music and art, dedicating his energy to fostering and promoting the vibrant cultural scene within his community. Currently enrolled as a student at the Academy of Contemporary Music at the University of Central Oklahoma, William is immersed in honing his musical talents and expanding his knowledge in the dynamic world of contemporary music.

With a keen interest in the technical aspects of live sound, William has garnered valuable experience in the field, including stage managing for the esteemed Norman Music Festival. Jake Newcomb - Main Stage Manager, BMF

Jake Newcomb is a driven student at the Academy of Contemporary Music Production, where his love for music and technical prowess intersect harmoniously. Immersed in his studies at this esteemed institution, Jake is on a quest to refine his musical talents and deepen his understanding of the intricacies of contemporary music production.

Beyond the classroom, Jake's passion for live sound has propelled him into the role of BMF's 2024 Main Stage Manager. With a wealth of experience in stage management, including notable contributions to local events, Jake brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to the forefront of the music scene.

Penelope Pogue - Operations Coordinator, BMF

Penelope is part of ACM@UCO’s graduating spring 2024 class, with an A.A.S. in Vocal Performance and B.A.S. in Commercial Music. She’s a lover of live music and currently works at The Jones Assembly as the concert hospitality lead and events assistant. She has also volunteered for Plaza Fest and Arts Fusion Fest.

Penelope’s love for local music stems from the uniqueness of the Oklahoma music scene and the community that surrounds it. It has inspired her to be part of the ever growing community and help create spaces for music to be shared.
